I got involved in as part of my job description for digital marketing. Quickly it became apparent to me that I would need to know a lot more in order to deliver on the increasingly complex asks of clients. After spending a lot of time during off hours to perfect my knowledge, it became a hobby to work on a plugin called FormLift which began life as a custom job for a client, and then quickly grew into a passive income generator.
